Course Overview: The International Energy Executive Development Program is a 4-8 week program held at AUS’s New Jersey Training Facility. The program consists of two (2) modules: the Energy Industry Module and the Energy Manager Business Skills Module. The Energy Industry module provides comprehensive training on the US energy industry, from generation, transmission, market participants, rules and regulations, and ratemaking, to the financial aspects involved in power transactions and pricing. The Energy Manager Business Skills Module is designed to enhance energy managers’ business, leadership and communication skills to help prepare the trainees for managerial and energy market-specific challenges. This module focuses on the business skills required of today’s energy executives and complements the Energy Industry Module by highlighting the specific business and management skills needed to respond to the evolving initiatives and issues effecting the energy industry today.
