Course Overview: The Energy Executive Leadership Program is held at AUS’s New Jersey Training Facility. The program consists of two (2) modules: the Energy Industry Module and the Energy Manager Business Skills Module. The Energy Industry module has been designed for energy managers that are interested in a deeper understanding of the energy industry, from generation, transmission, market participants, rules and regulations, and ratemaking, to the financial aspects involved in power transactions and pricing. The Energy Manager Business Skills Module is designed to
enhance energy managers’ business and management skills to better
meet industry challenges and objectives. This module focuses on the business
skills required of today’s energy executives and complements the
Energy Industry Module by highlighting the specific business and management
skills needed to respond to the evolving initiatives and issues effecting
the energy industry today. |
