Custom Development Programs

In addition to our certificate programs, AUS works closely with client companies to design, develop and deliver Custom Development Programs to meet each client’s unique strategic business objectives. These programs can cover any number of a variety of subjects.

The goal of every Custom Development Program, which may run anywhere from three days to several weeks, is to improve employee performance through appropriate and practical instruction and may include off-site field trips to applicable industry organizations, such as the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, NYMEX, an Independent System Operator (ISO), or a regional leading utility as part of the program.
