Key Personnel Susan B. Emery, Co-Managing DirectorMarketing Systems Group Ms. Emery joined MSG in 1990 as a Customer Service Representative. Since then she’s held various positions in the Company including Vice President of Client Services from 1997 to 2002. In 2002 she was named as Senior Vice President of Client Services with overall management responsibility for the GENESYS product line. Her responsibilities included managing the sales and production staff of over 20 employees, implementing quality control processes, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of sample orders. In December 2010 she was named Managing Director of the Company, along with Gerald P. Oberkofler. As Co-Managing Director, she has direct and shared responsibilities with long-range planning, strategic business direction, new product development, operating efficiency improvement, capital and expense budgets and profit and loss responsibility. |
