Melissa Herrmann, President
Social Science Research Solutions (SSRS)

Ms. Herrmann founded and was named President of Social Science Research Solutions (SSRS) in 2008. She began her career at Chilton Research Services before moving to ICR, where she began that firm’s social science practice, which has grown into SSRS. As President, Melissa is responsible for the successful design and execution of all research endeavors. Her areas of expertise include overall project design, questionnaire development, complex sampling design, weighting, and creating usable deliverables.

An active member of AAPOR (American Association of Public Opinion Research), Melissa is on the Education Committee and chairs the subcommittee responsible for conference short courses. Melissa received her BA from Rutgers College, double majoring in Psychology and Journalism/Mass Media. She received her MA from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania.
