Key Personnel David G. Weiler, Managing DirectorRoyaltySource® Intellectual Property Database Principal and Director - AUS Consultants Mr. Weiler is the Managing Director of the RoyaltySource® Intellectual Property Database, established in June 1997. Since that time, he has continuously investigated and developed the searchable database of technology and trademark sale and licensing transactions. The database is accessed worldwide by major accounting firms, law firms, and consultants in evaluating licensing and sale transactions involving intellectual property. Mr. Weiler joined AUS Consultants in 1976. In his early career, he performed extensive financial analyses relating to industrial and public utility companies. He was responsible for cost of capital studies for public utility ratemaking proceedings, including the preparation of offering material for private placements of debt securities as well as financial modeling for clients. His area of concentration then shifted to all aspects of modern financial valuation. He has provided service to industrial, financial and utility clients in many diverse assignments, mainly concentrating in the valuation of business enterprises and closely-held common stock. Mr. Weiler holds a BS in Finance from Drexel University. |
