Dale W. Kulp, President and CEO
Marketing Systems Group (MSG)
Mr. Kulp has over 30 years of applied survey research experience, ranging
from sampling to account management. Before founding MSG in 1987, Dale spent over
fifteen years with ICR, R.H. Bruskin Associates,
The Data Group and Chilton Research Services. Although his primary focus and
responsibilities always involved statistical sampling, his responsibilities and expertise
have grown to include operations, account management, sales and product development.
Over the years, he designed and implemented a wide range of proprietary, in-house market
research supoprt systems including RDD sampling and predicitive telephone dialing systems.
Likewise, he has been instrumental in the design of three telephone omnibus surveys, all
of which remain in operation today.
Dale attended Drexel University for both undergraduate and graduate MBA
work. He is an active member in a number of industry and professional organizations and
has participated in many panels and collaborated on a wide range of sampling-related
research topics and academic papers.
